Deleting your DressNyse data

You can delete individual items whenever you like, or close your account entirely. Both are explained below.

Deleting one garment

Open the item in your wardrobe and choose Delete. It moves to Trash, where you can restore it for 14 days. After that it is permanently removed, along with its photographs and the processed images made from them.

Private Instagram transfer trial

This invitation-only trial is not yet enabled. Once activated for you, open Admin Settings → Screen Port → Private Instagram gallery in the sandbox app.

Choose Remove photo under an image to remove that original and its preview from live trial storage. It does not go to the wardrobe's Trash.
Choose Stop transfers and remove photos to remove all photos in this gallery and block further deliveries under the current permission. This does not delete your Instagram posts or cancel an export job inside Meta; it prevents that job from delivering more photos to us.
If removal reports an error, it is not confirmed. Refresh and retry, or contact us using the email below.

Photos otherwise expire seven days after the first approval for the active permission. Reapproving during that period does not extend it. Minimal records used to reject duplicates and revoked access expire one day after that permission period. Cleanup runs every minute while the receiver operates and resumes after an outage; expired photos cannot be viewed through the gallery. These isolated photos are not used for training and must be excluded from ordinary backups before the trial is activated. Deleting your whole account

Email wyritapp@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Account deletion request".

We will confirm we've received it within 10 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If you signed in with Apple, Google or Facebook and aren't sure which email address your account uses, write to us anyway and we'll help you identify it.

What gets deleted

Your profile, your wardrobe photographs and the processed images made from them, your avatar reference photos, your outfits, calendar plans, wear history, trips, posts, comments, direct messages, marketplace listings, saved products, reward points, and your settings and preferences.

What doesn't disappear, and why

Messages you sent to someone else stay in their copy of the conversation — the same as any messaging app.
Content another person saved or re-shared stays with them.
Backups expire on their own schedule, no more than 30 days behind.
Records we're required to keep by law — for tax, fraud prevention, or a legal claim — are kept for as long as that law requires and used for nothing else.
Aggregated statistics and AI training that already happened. Aggregated data doesn't identify you. And a model that has already been trained cannot be un-trained — your images aren't stored inside it and can't be retrieved from it, but the training itself can't be reversed. Our Privacy Policy explains this in Section 6.

If you signed in with Facebook

You can remove DressNyse at Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. That stops us receiving anything further from Facebook, but it does not delete the data already in your DressNyse account. To delete that, use the email route above.
