What you’re signing up for
The DressNyse beta interest list is operated by Wyrit LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. This notice applies to the website’s beta signup form, alongside our Privacy Policy. Joining the list does not create an app account or guarantee an invitation.
What we collect and why
We collect your email address, your first name if you choose to provide it, your device preference, and a record of when you agreed to receive beta-related emails. Your confirmation that you are at least 13 and based in the United States is recorded with your consent. We use this information to manage beta interest, select and contact potential testers, and send related beta updates.
To limit automated abuse, the signup service creates a one-way, date-limited hash from your IP address and counts requests. The signup database does not save the original IP address. Abuse-prevention records are removed after two days when the service next handles a signup. Our hosting provider may separately process request metadata as part of operating and protecting the website.
Where your request goes
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Signup details are held in our access-controlled Supabase database. The signup list is not public. We do not sell beta signup details, and this form does not enroll you in unrelated marketing or create a social profile. Your details are accessible to the DressNyse team managing beta testing and to the service providers needed to operate the form.
Your choices
First name is optional. The form requires your email, device preference, and affirmative consent. To stop receiving beta-related emails, correct your details, or request removal from the list, email wyritapp@gmail.com from the address you used to sign up. We keep the signup details while managing the beta interest list unless you ask us to remove them. We may retain records where legally required, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Age and location
This beta interest list is for United States residents aged 13 and older. Do not sign up if you are under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted their details, contact us so we can remove them.
